971 Sport Academy.Est Terms & Conditions
• Enrollment and Eligibility
Participants must be at least 5 years old to enroll in any academy programs, sessions, or camps.
Parents or legal guardians must complete the enrollment form accurately, providing all required information including the participant’s personal details, medical history, and emergency contact information.
971 Sport Academy.Est reserves the right to refuse enrollment if the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria, which includes age, physical fitness, and any other prerequisites specified by the academy.
• Fees and Payments
Fees for academy programs, sessions, or camps must be paid in full prior to the commencement of participation.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless the academy cancels a program or session and will be offered to players and parents as credit during the current season.
No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, holidays, school, or other absences. Players will not be permitted to train, participate in sessions, or use academy facilities and equipment if their fees have not been paid in full.
At 971 Sport Academy.Est, we offer flexible payment options to accommodate the needs of our player’s families. Payments can be made on either per term or annual basis, depending on the preference of the parents or guardians.
• DOFA League Payments
Participants in the DOFA league are required to make three payments, which will be handled in one of the following ways:
- Included in Season and/or term Payments
If no discount has been applied to the participant’s total season fees, the three payments for the DOFA league will be included in the overall season payments. - Separate Payment Schedule
If the players have any discount applied to their football fees, the payments will be charged separately, the following schedule applies:
– The first payment will be due in 11th October 2024.
– The second payment will be due in 11th December 2024.
– The third and final payment will be due in 11th March 2025.
Each payment will be in the amount of 250 AED including VAT.”
Term and Annual Payments:
Term Payments
For parents who opt for term payments (every ten weeks according to the schedule in the website property 971 Sport Academy.Est), 971 Sport Academy.Est offers the following:
-Players registering and completed full payment, will receive a silver card providing benefits and exclusive offers.
Annual Payments:
For parents who opt for annual payment or full season payment, 971 Sport Academy.Est offers several incentives:
– A 10% discount on tuition fees (this discount does not apply to the registration payment). The annual discount will only be applicable if the player registers before November of such football season.
A Gold Membership Card, providing additional benefits and exclusive offers.

• Attendance and Punctuality
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. Arriving late may result in reduced playing time or exclusion from that session’s activities.
Makeup sessions will only be provided if sessions are cancelled by 971 Football academy due to adverse weather conditions or if the pitch is being used by the school.
Makeup sessions will be scheduled within the same season whenever possible in accordance with 971 Sport Academy.Est unilaterally.
• Conduct and Discipline
All participants must exhibit respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, fellow participants, and academy facilities at all times.
Bullying, harassment, or failure to follow coaches’ instructions will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from 971 Sport Academy.Est without reimbursement.
• Insurance Requirement
All players must have valid insurance coverage to participate in training sessions and matches. Proof of insurance must be provided at the time of enrollment.
971 Sport Academy.Est is not liable for any injuries or medical expenses incurred during participation or the player in trainings and/or matches.
• Lost or Unattended Items
• Weather and Facility Use
Sessions may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. 971 Sport Academy.Est will make best efforts to reschedule cancelled sessions within the same season.
Use of facilities is subject to availability. The 971 Sport Academy.Est will inform participants in advance of any changes to scheduled sessions due to facility unavailability.
• Credit Policy
• Registration and Kit Fees
There is a one-time payment per season of 630 AED for registration, which covers the cost of a match kit, training kit and 971 backpack
Detailed payment schedules, whether per term or per year, and associated costs will be communicated to participants separately (according to the age of the players). All payments must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the season to ensure access to training sessions and academy facilities.
• Sibling Discount
Sibling discount for families with more than one child enrolled in 971 Sport Academy.Est.
1. Eligibility:
– Any sibling who registers at 971 Sport Academy.Est is eligible for a 15% discount on term and/or annual payments.
– The discount applies to each additional sibling after the first full-paying child.
2. Terms and Conditions:
– The 15% discount will be applied to the tuition fees only and does not include registration fees.
– The discount is applicable only on term and/or annual payments and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
– The discount will be reflected on the invoice for the term or annual tuition fees once the sibling’s registration is confirmed.
3. Registration Fees:
– The registration payment for each child will not include the 15% discount and must be paid in full.
4. Application Process:
– To avail of the sibling discount, please notify the administration office at the time of registration. Documentation proving sibling status may be required.
• Media Consent
By enrolling, you consent to 971 Sport Academy.Est using photographs and videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify the academy in writing at the time of enrollment.
The academy retains the right to use all media for marketing, advertising, and promotional materials across various platforms.
• Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, you authorize the academy to arrange for medical treatment deemed necessary. Parents or guardians will be contacted as soon as possible.
It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements the participant may have.
• Data Protection
All personal data collected during enrollment will be used solely for academy purposes and will be kept confidential in accordance with data protection laws.
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from the academy regarding schedules, updates, and other relevant information.
• Parental/Guardian Responsibility
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are dropped off and picked up on time. The academy is not responsible for participants outside of scheduled session times.
Parents or guardians must also exhibit respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and other participants.
• Modification of Terms
971 Sport Academy.Est reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in 971 Sport Academy.Est website and/or email of participants and will become effective immediately.
